JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Coordinate transactions for buyer and seller clients.
-Communicate daily with clients, colleagues and business reps
-Assist with marketing and advertising efforts to current properties and prospective clients.
-Assist with showing buyer clients
-Manage client online database.
-Assist with the writing of client contract documents
-Order supplies, office equipment as needed
-Assemble client packages as requested by agents
-Assist clients with the transmission and routing of faxed and scanning / upload of documents
-Assist in maintaining home showing appointment logs
-Perform data entry for listings in the MLS system
-Receive, sort and route mail to appropriate agent
-Assists in other tasks or procedures as assigned

CANDIDATE CRITERIA:
-Professional, computer, email and internet skills necessary
-Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
-Excellent customer service skills
-Reliable transportation necessary
-Administrative experience preferred
-Goal-oriented and organizational skills a must
-Must be able to prioritize in fast-paced environment
-Must be punctual and on-time

HOURS:
10:00am-4:00pm. Monday-Thursday, and some weekends, and some night work from home

PAY:
Salary plus quarterly commission bonuses
